Our co-working community at 213 W Institute Place, Suite 500 provides private therapy offices that are uniquely furnished for therapy needs. Each of our offices has a window, plant and art fixtures, soundproofing and white noise machines, phone charger/ clock, and a laptop table. That means privacy, relaxing comfort, and a welcome safe space for you and your clients. Our easy online room-booking system allows you to book by the hour ($25/hour) or by the day ($135/day), so that you can develop your private practice at a pace that best suits you.

How to Rent Rooms

Register as a
Resident Member

Register through the “Join Us” link. Select “Resident Member” at $100 (billed monthly) or $83.33 (billed annually), and your desired start date. Fill out the application, which we will review and approve within 48 hours

Log in to
Member Portal

Once we approve your membership, you will gain access to the Member Portal. Set up your account and familiarize yourself with the system. Reach out for support at any time.

Book a Room
($25/hour
OR $135/day)

Select the day/s that you would like to book, and book any available therapy room. You may also set up recurring bookings if you have consistent clients on a particular day of the week.

Whether you’re looking for in-person therapy space, a community in Chicago, or virtual resources, we have an option available for you. Choose to pay monthly or annually, and cancel anytime with no penalty.
