About Dr. La Toya L Patterson

Dr. Patterson has 13 years of experience as a therapist. Dr. Patterson has experience working with individuals that struggle with depression, anxiety, substance dependency, stress management, and trauma. She believes in taking a holistic approach to addressing an individual’s needs. The process of healing does not just focus on an individual’s mental health but their physical, social, emotional, and spiritual wellbeing.

Dr. Patterson received a masters of art in Clinical Professional Psychology from Roosevelt University and a master of arts in Forensic Psychology from Argosy University. She received her PhD in Counselor Education & Supervision from Adler University.
