Welcome! I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who specializes in complex trauma, PTSD, eating disorders, and addiction. I have experience working alongside patients in inpatient/medical detox programs as well as PHP/IOP treatment programs treating eating disorders, substance use disorders and co-occurring disorders. For individuals working on improving their relationship with food and body image, I practice solely through a Health At Every Size (HAES) approach.
My personal and professional journeys allow me to work alongside patients to build a trusting and authentic partnership in the therapeutic space. I currently work with adults, working to build a secure therapeutic relationship with my patients, with whom traditional behavioral therapies have not been successful.
Therapy is an enriching and rewarding process. I create individualized treatment for all patients I work with and invite you to reach out when you are ready. I practice through a relational psychodynamic lens and hope to build a healing therapeutic relationship to assist you on your journey to self exploration.
