We invite Jonathan Nye from Nye Law group to present a legal workshop to mental health practitioners focusing on the impact of COVID-19 on mental health law and how these changes can affect you. 

Objectives:

  • Discuss the necessity of forming a professional services corporation under the Professional Services Corporation Act or a Professional Limited Liability Company
  • Discuss the limits and benefits of such an entity 
  • Discuss recent changes to Tele-Health Laws and how it may affect your practice
  • Discuss forms a new practice may be required or should consider using, their purposes, and proper usage within your practice.

About the Speaker 

Jonathan D. Nye, a partner at Nye Law Group, Ltd., is a practicing attorney with offices in Fox River Grove & Chicago, Illinois. He practices extensively in areas of mental health and human services law, family law, and general practice.
