Social distancing is not social isolation. Chicago Minds’ mission is to connect the community through promoting it’s members’ mental health. We share each other’ experiences of fear and isolation during this uncertain and isolating time. We are together in staying healthy for ourselves, for the ones we love and for our community. Let’s all be part of the social connection that keeps our body and mind healthy. Chicago Minds wants to invite you to join our community virtual yoga session every Monday, starting April 6, hosted by Heather Bell.
We invite Heather Bell, licensed clinical professional counselor and certified Yoga instructor, to lead us through a gentle yoga session. Heather is a somatic psychotherapist at Mind Body Coop and is a firm believer in the healing power of movement and creative expression. Yoga is what led Heather on her path to pursue the field of therapy and it is her passion to share her love of movement and yoga with others to heal and deepen the connection to the self.
