As mental health professionals who work with families that are in the divorce process, you may find yourself sometimes getting involved and lost in the complicated legal process. To help bridge the disconnect and confusion between attorneys, clients and the mental health professionals, we invite Bryan and Eva, attorneys from Kogut & Wilson, LLC, to share how they work together with therapists in order to collectively support the client.

The following topics will be discussed:

  • How family attorneys refer their clients to mental health professionals
  • The legal process and some of the common terms that arise when going through the divorce process
  • Q & A
