Thinking about starting your own private practice? An important item on the checklist will be finding your ideal therapy office. Many of us are familiar with residential leases, but a commercial lease is a completely different beast. It’s structured very differently, often heavily negotiated, and will include many terms that may be completely foreign to you.
We invite Lema Khorshid, founding partner of Fuksa Khorshid LLC, to share her legal expertise on what to look out for when looking for a commercial space. Should you lease or buy? How should you share a lease with someone? What do different terms mean? When should you involve an attorney?
Join us for this interactive workshop, where Lema will provide legal tips on navigating a commercial lease and answer questions you may have about commercial real estate.
Date: Tuesday, August 11th
Time: 5pm – 6pm CT
