Running your own private practice can be stressful. Even if you have a strong clinical background, there are many aspects of small business that can get overwhelming. Chicago Minds understands the challenges and we want to be part of the solution.
As businesses in Illinois and around the country move to reopen, it may be hard to navigate a new normal. We invite Katie Rinkus from G&G Law to present a workshop to mental health practitioners, focusing on the impact of COVID and how new changes can affect you. What does it mean for your practice? Are there changes in policy for mental health professionals? And where can you find additional resources to help you figure out what you need?
Date: Tuesday, June 16
Time: 5:00pm – 6:00pm CDT

About the Speaker
Katie Rinkus joined G & G Law, LLC as an attorney in September 2018. Prior to joining G & G Law, Katie worked at a prominent Chicago domestic relations litigation firm, where she represented many business owners through the divorce process. Katie loves working one-on-one with clients to help come up with creative solutions to their problems, and she was especially drawn to G & G Law’s vision of expanding access to quality business legal services. Katie graduated from Loyola University Chicago School of Law in 2015 and was sworn into the Illinois Bar that November. Currently, Katie leads G & G Law’s expansion into cannabis and CBD business law. Other areas of focus include state applications, business formations, community engagement and involvement, and the zoning process.
G & G Law is a 21st-century neighborhood law firm. We think outside the box of traditional law firms, incorporating technology and automation to make our services work better and more efficiently for our clients. However, we haven’t lost sight of the importance of a personal connection. We love learning about our clients’ businesses, watching them grow, and developing lasting professional relationships with them.
