Many of us struggle with the complexities of obligations in our lives, but it is possible to strive for happiness and calm in spite of uncertainty. At Chicago Minds, it is our hope to provide you the resources to help you through trying times.
Event Description
Our life experiences can teach us valuable lessons if we learn to really look and see.
When we thus see with awareness-attention, we see deeply with the calm and peaceful mind. As we learn through the direct experience, we gain the wisdom to grow our space for healing and restful peace. We can then lay down our burden of worries, fears and unrealistic expectations.
In the second part of this lecture and guided meditation series, we invite Dr. Chee Hong Young to join us again in sharing his insights for maintaining a calm and peaceful mind.
Please have a cup of tea or a drink with you during the webinar.
Date: Wednesday, April 29
Time: 7:00pm Central Time
