Given the unprecedented challenges we are all facing during this uncertain time, it is important to stay grounded. At Chicago Minds, we aim to provide the resources that will help you through trying times.

Event Description

‘FACE COVID’ is a set of practical steps in response to the Covid-19 crisis, using the principles of acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), developed by Dr. Russ Harris.

We invite our co-founder, Tracy De, to share her expertise in ACT and help you face the physical, emotional and social challenges in this difficult time. Tracy is a licensed clinical social worker specializing in psychotherapy with children, youth and families who have experienced complex trauma. Through her clinical work with survivors of trauma within the context of family and community, Tracy was empowered by the resilience of each individual and enlightened by the healing power of  community. She is driven by her passion to bring positive change to the community.
