We are honored to present to you the community building event in collaboration with True Nature Integrative Health, a BIPOC, LGBTQ+ identified and allied mental health practice focusing on somatic practice, equine facilitated psychotherapy, eco-therapy, and traditional Chinese medicine.
We want to share the experience of Equine Facilitated Wellness with each of you! Let’s address burnout and co-regulate the nervous system with horses and nature. This experience will be centered around BIPOC healing. However, everyone is welcome to join!
Your time here will include:
Nature-based mindfulness practices, breath, and gentle movement, trauma-conscious yoga, and coregulation, while sharing space with our herd of 3 horses in nature. The majority of your time here will be experiential with time at the end for reflections and connection to other therapists.
Please come dressed for the weather, the elements that may be, and wear closed-toed shoes that YOU DO NOT MIND GETTING DIRTY!

With over 20 years in the mental health and wellness field, they combine knowledge in somatic practice, equine-facilitated psychotherapy, eco-therapy, and traditional Chinese medicine. These practices and certifications inform their wellness retreats and therapy sessions. All of our approaches are trauma conscious, culturally sensitive, and rooted in neuroscience.
