This Lunch & Learn is FREE for all to attend.
Clients who regularly practice skills and techniques learned in therapy sessions have better outcomes, but it can be difficult for practitioners to both identify effective exercises and to encourage clients to actually practice consistently—especially on a busy schedule. Furthermore, sending, monitoring, and recording information in a HIPAA-compliant way remains a critical requirement. During this webinar, we will introduce practitioners to Adhere.ly: a free, HIPAA-compliant web application built to help therapists improve client outcomes, engage seamlessly with clients between sessions, and, importantly, save time.
This 60-minute interactive workshop will provide a full overview of how Adhere.ly works and the tools and resources available to therapists and clients through it. With Adhere.ly, mental health professionals can 1) assess their clients’ symptom severity and functioning by assigning evidence-based assessments, 2) practice digital therapeutic exercises with their clients in-session, 3) remind their clients to practice exercises and techniques between therapy sessions with automated text/email reminders, and 4) review each client’s exercises/assessments and overall progress throughout treatment.
