Support for BIPOC clinicians, by BIPOC clinicians

Through this page, we encourage community-minded mental health professionals to offer and receive support from each other.

We recognize the implicit biases against Black, Indigenous and People of Color in the mental health system, affecting both clients and clinicians alike. We strive to address these issues through events that educate White allies and advocate equity, as well as provide peer support and mentorship for BIPOC clinicians. We hope that you can join us in re-examining Eurocentric perspectives within the practice of psychology, and begin a process of community healing, for therapists, by therapists.

BIPOC Supervisor Directory

The BIPOC supervisor directory is a directory for new BIPOC clinicians looking for mentorship and support from supervisors that identify as Black, Indigenous or Person of Color. Please use this directory to reach out to supervisors that best fit your needs. Thank you to Cassie Walker for this idea.

For BIPOC supervisors, use this form to submit your information to be listed. The directory will be automatically updated.
