Our Story
Chicago Minds, LLC was founded in October 2019 by two community-minded immigrant women who believe in the power of ideas and actions. Tracy De is a licensed professional therapist that aspires to change in the current mental healthcare industry. Tianni Wang is a trained sociologist and market research specialist who has experienced many obstacles in her process of finding good mental health care. Through their personal quests, both founders discovered the healing power of communal joy and building meaningful connections. Now, we come together to create a healing community in our space.

Tracy De, LCSW
CO-FOUNDER
Tracy has an M.A. in Social Work from the University of Chicago and M.A. in Applied Behavioral Analysis from the Chicago School of Professional Psychology. She is a licensed clinical social worker specializing in psychotherapy with children, youth and families who have experienced complex trauma. Through her clinical work with survivors of trauma within the context of family and community, Tracy was empowered by the resilience of each individual and enlightened by the healing power of community. She wants to bring positive change to the community and support other independent therapists to grow their career.
